Fees are: Yearly $10 - Due January each calendar year (for non-payroll deductions).

For payroll deductions you can choose as per below amounts and frequencies:

• Fortnightly: $0.40 cents 
• Bi-Monthly: $0.42 cents
• Monthly:      $0.85 cents
